All the charges involve allegedly "obtaining access to computers with dishonest intent" - in this case, smartphones, presumably to transmit photos of exam questions and other material. Modern Education (HK) Ltd is a 100% subsidiary of HK Education (1082) which featured in our "Enigma Network" last year.
