Mr Williams succeeds in his claim against Jefferies for breach of contract when they dismissed him over a newsletter which contained a hyperlink to a 'Downfall' Hitler parody video, not produced by him. Damages are to be determined. Deputy High Court Judge Conrad Seagroatt is scathing over this bout of political correctness by Jefferies and the people who were supposed to be approving the newsletter for release.
