CCB Watch

As a service to our readers, we try to track on this page investigations or charges by the Commercial Crime Bureau (CCB) of the Hong Kong Police, which are ongoing and involve past or present directors of listed companies. They are of course, all entitled to a presumption of innocence unless and until found guilty in a court. If that happens, then we list the culprits in our Hall of Shame.

Sometimes, investigations may have been concluded without any charges being brought. If that is disclosed and we become aware of it, then the company will be removed from this list.
