4 months after Webb-site Reports covered the sanctions against Mr Derek Wan Tak Shing by the US PCAOB and noted his position at Goldenmars, the company says that the information has "just been brought to the Company's attention" and Mr Wan says that the late disclosure was "caused by his genuine oversight".

After a complaint from Webb-site, which tracks all auditors in Webb-site Who's Who, it turns out that the reason the resignation of PKF was not announced is that it was not appointed as auditor in the first place. In our view, IPO investors were misled.
