This follows a complaint by Webb-site filed with SEHK on 16-May-2015, that the initial announcement of the 3.5% "perpetual securities" did not disclose how the rate would be "reset" after 5 years. It turns out that the rate jumps by 5% in 2020, all other things being equal.
