CFC will issue 74.5m shares (1.51% of enlarged) @$4.15 in exchange for 29.4m new shares (49%) of start-up KSI Education Ltd, while Bonus First Holdings Ltd (BVI), the owner of which is not disclosed, will subscribe GBP30.6m in cash for 30.6m shares (51%). There will be 60,000,001 shares, of which 1 is held by Ms Yao Zhen, about whom nothing is disclosed. From UK records we know she was born in Feb-1971 and has set up 2 other companies last month, "KSI EDU LTD" and "KSI GLOBAL LTD", both of which she owns 100%.
