These are 100% subsidiaries of China VAST Industrial Urban Development (6166) and breached s122 of the old Companies Ordinance by failing to hold AGMs on time. Judge Jonathan Harris dismisses the applications to rectify this, saying that the applicant Zhao Ying had failed to demonstrate that it arose from an inadvertent oversight rather than indifference. Incidentally Ms Zhao holds a passport from St Kitts & Nevis - yours for only US$250k, or up to US$450k for a family of 8.
