Note: Prof Alfred Chan Cheung-ming was appointed in 1999 and served 6 years as a member, 6 years as Vice-Chairman and became Chairman in 2011. The Vice-Chairman is Dr Lam Ching Choi. He was appointed in 2003 as a member, served 6 years, took 2 years off and became Vice Chairman in 2011.
