Hongkew was redomiciled by scheme of arrangement on 22-Jun-1993, and the successor was renamed Lafe International Holdings Ltd on 3-Jun-1994. This was privatised and delisted on 30-Nov-1995. The plaintiff, a former shareholder of Hongkew, belatedly claims its share of the payout plus interest, and succeeds.
