Dutfield chases an alleged loan made to Gunter Gao via Nine Dragon Investment Ltd, at an interest rate of 10% per month, secured on 300m shares of China Bio-Med (8158) and Mr & Mrs Gao's house on The Peak. Ivy Chan Choi Har represented Dutfield. Her husband Alfred Law Kin Ming allegedly acted as legal adviser to Nine Dragon. The defendants are granted unconditional leave to defend. Note: our records show that, at 3-May-2013, Dutfield was 50% owned by each of Ivy Chan and Alfred Law.
