Court approves sale of assets of X Ltd and Y Ltd | Gazette

X is Queen's Education Ltd and Y is Swindon Education Ltd. Both are named in earlier Gazette notices with the case numbers. They operated a kindergarten and are being wound up on the grounds of insolvency, although their only creditors are their 2 shareholders, according to the judgment. The Court approves the sale of the assets so that the kindergarten can continue operation under new ownership from 1-Sep-2017.
