The swap prices Virscend at HK$5.09 per share and the new CFC shares at $3.10, respectively a discount of 4.14% and a premium of 7.27% to the closing prices. This will boost CFC's stake to 9.97% of Virscend. The owners of the 2 BVI vendors are not disclosed.
