The former owner of the Cheoy Lee Shipyard site, still not satisified with the HK$1.51bn the government paid it to surrender its lease (and a pile of toxic mud which cost us $450m to clean up) to make way for HK Disneyland, presses its claim for compensation for the earlier loss of marine rights in 1995 when the Government gazetted reclamation for container terminals, abandoned in 2000 in favour of Disneyland. One good windfall deserves another, apparently.
