The Petrochina investigation surely relates to earlier periods when the officials under investigation were in office, not the 6 months to 30-Jun-2013. That is probably why the stock is still suspended, as we would expect SEHK to be asking about the earlier periods when PetroChina was by far the largest customer of Wison.
