There's no evidence of that, because the deal was not announced in March and had not completed by the time it was announced. It later emerged that Equity Spin is owned by Hansom Eastern (0279), the largest shareholder of which is jointly controlled by Karen Lo Ki Yan and Cindy Yau Shum Tek.
