Also, barrister Norman Nip's briefing fee is HK$50k. The IPO did not proceed, following a report by "Blazing Research" alleging fraud. He remains an NED or INED of 4 HK-listed companies.

China Goldjoy injected $32m for the shares on 23-Feb-2017, alongside China Yinsheng Qiqiao Fund (advised by China Goldjoy Asset Management Ltd) which injected $8m. Together they provided all the HK$40m start-up capital in exchange for a 13.33% stake.
